We decided to celebrate the New Year here, discussed the price with the administrator and booked a table for two. The admin said that the price includes all non-alcoholic drinks, but not alcoholic, so you can bring them with you. The celebration of the New Year went well enough, until it turned out that you had to pay for your alcohol in the establishment, moreover, 400 UAH per 0.5 liter, which is much more than in Kyiv establishments. When we ordered a table, we might not have understood the administrator correctly, although we specified whether it was necessary to pay for our own alcohol, but no one exactly called the price for this service (and it’s understandable why). To be fair, we were able to come to an agreement at this point, but there's more to come. Around 2-3 am, the music changed from cheerful, which most of the guests liked, to fierce chatter with unbearable bass, and, like most of the guests, we decided to leave the institution. Having hardly managed to pay for the alcohol we brought, we began to pack up, but the indignant administrator asked why we had not paid the bill for soft drinks, although we had not been given any receipt for them. I asked her to go outside, because inside the institution you can’t hear your thoughts, let alone anyone else. I am fully confident that when ordering a table, she said the exact opposite or simply lied to customers, I wanted to find out the truth, again, in the previous question, we went to meet each other. Moreover, we did not want to spoil anyone's mood and we were already ready to pay for non-alcoholic drinks. But the admin was not behaving very adequately, it seemed that she also sipped alcohol for the holiday in order to be on the same wavelength with the guests, but I won’t say. At an attempt to discuss and settle the situation, she shouted that she herself would pay everything from her own pocket and was no longer waiting for us here, after which she ran away, slamming the door. Which is sad, since we did not come to her, but rather to the rest of the staff, but now, probably, there is no desire to return. If you want to have a good time, come to deBosh, but I would advise you to avoid events.
