Bidra med feedbackWe come two or three times a year extra from Tübingen to eat fish here, very tasty, unfortunately so often because of Corona tense mood and the selection of dishes was better in the year ahead, the quality is super and freshly fed you, as everything has risen here too. Nevertheless, we recommend it and will definitely return, the Lake Constance is looking for fish.
Good food, staff very friendly. Only disinfected, then the room is reoccupied. The place is assigned by the staff. Very good?

Those who know me know that I like to go to Lake Constance to enjoy wonderfully high-quality freshly caught fish on the island of Reichenau. Now I have followed today the urgent recommendation of friends who have long been suggesting the Löwenzunft fish house in Überlingen. There I rarely come by, but now I have made a sling. And I have to say, it's more than worth it. The traditional fishing house Löwenzunft is part of the fishing and smokery Koblauch. The very pretty, white-washed building is located in the middle of the so-called Hofstatt, which is the local Markplatz. When you walk from the train station to the lake, or from the port to the city centre, you inevitably pass. It's also nice if you happen to get a market day and everything is possible. In addition to the maritim-cracked guest room, in which the show cooking is cooked, roasted and fried in front of the guests, the restaurant has an atmospheric outdoor area directly on the marketplace, beautifully chaired and well located to get an overview of the driving. Unfortunately, today, on one of the hottest days of the year, the last spot in the outdoors was already occupied. However, my friends told me that they regularly sit out and are still somewhat protected even in the case of not quite such good weather under the umbrellas. Well, heavy hearts we searched for a place inside and found quickly. The place is friendly and appealing furnished, with bright wood and some gagy elements, such as a wooden boat, where you can sit on a counter. Enough light flows through windows on two sides. On the other two sides is the open kitchen and the order counter. Because the order is to be placed there and paid immediately. The court will be served immediately after completion to the place. To do this, you get a yellow display with number that you place on the chosen table, so that you can be found by the service. Okay, the snake at the counter almost reached beyond the entrance, and my companion had to wait over a quarter of an hour. But despite the indication of possible waiting times (because everything is prepared megafreshly), it was served surprisingly quickly. I guess that's another quarter of an hour. Very popular and liked is the local fish soup, which actually looked delicious at the neighboring tables. The bottom sea fish originate from their own catch – and they are not stunted badly. There are also great specialties such as fish pastes: the hit on every cold buffet or for a special family celebration. The fish breads are also taken with pleasure. Shellfish and crustaceans are freshly delivered daily. We chose Matjes (butterzart and lovely pink) with a supplement by choice. There was a lot of choice on crispy crusty roasted roasted roasted roasted roasted roasted potatoes, with which it was not saved. The remoule sauce was mixed with yogurt and cucumber pieces, making it relatively easy and refreshing. Everything in all for 9,50 Euro very cheap and really saturating. In addition, we tested the fish plate with three different fish fillets (circles, salmon and presumably fish). The fillets were fried on the skin, not fat, of course not fried or panned and not overwürzted. Magnificently light, beautifully tender, a wonderful summer meal for a hot day. Especially if you choose mixed salad as a supplement, which consists here of green salad, tomato (godseidank not from the tasteless variety), yellow zucchini pieces and carrot pencils. Here, too, there is a kind of remoulade sauce, but the spices are somewhat darker and more recent. The price for 14,90 is more than reasonable. We drank a well-cooled, slightly tingling gray burgundy from the Lake Constance region (after my taste the most suitable white wine for fish) and a large bottle of mineral water, which was almost given for 2.60 euros. If I was living here, I'd probably come back here every few days. The quality is great, the staff loves his work, the ambience makes mood – and fish is just healthy.
