Mcdonald's - Udon Thani

In the free, the music sits in the right volume. the only negatiw is the waiting time. 20 minutes for 3 i mcmuffins at 9 o'clock.

Their staff(barrista) prepared coffee with a passion. You'll know what I mean when you go there. The staff was very friendly. The store is clean. Chicken was spicy while I prefer it plain. Opening time could and should be adjusted to cater to their hotel clientele.

I ordered a combo meal and wanted a drink from the Cafe display case. They did not know how to change the price difference. So they didn't want to sell me the drink and tried to force a fountain drink on me. I gave in and the fountain drink was no more for the day. I requested the original again and luckily someone of up management said just give it him. A bit much to go through for 15 bht difference.

Always have good experience here except last time. Staff has no intention to do her job. NO greeting, NO asking for order NO promotion suggestion NO repeat order even NO inform total amount all I have from her is annoying look like I'm interrupt her working. I'm not sure what problem is pandemic, low sell, short staff or else But I'm sure not go to this branch again. However the other staff that gives me my order is good cheerful and smiley.

Rubbish. Fries were literally cold. Burgers poorly prepared. For the exorbitant prices McDonald expect you to pay for sub-standard meals everything should be cooked to order. Doubt I'll be back
