Mama Fla The Authentic Italian Cuisine

Most authentic Italian food around. Owners are the best too. Highly recommended.

I asked 5 times to be removed from the weekly text list. They are unable/ unwilling to do it. I also found their products to be far too creamy/ cheesy. Rich to the point of being unappetizing.

I am from the Bronx. Half my family is Italian. Mama Fla is amazing! This is it Idaho. This is the most Italian you're gonna get and it's never ever going to be this good again. I see the work and love that goes into this woman's food. Fresh pasta, homemade sauce (gravy), tiny meatballs cooked slow in the sauce until they become so tender they melt on your tongue. Passing thru or new to town, treat yourself to a home cooked meal.

Since they switch to a truck it's not good at all. Which is tragic considering the price. Microwaved to heat up made the alfredo separate and the risotto was super watery it was practically a soup. It's too expensive to be that poor of quality. Probably not coming back. Sorry to see such an icon become this.

I have never actually ate their food. But I have had to deal with one of their drivers a few times on the road and he drives like a complete a I just witnessed them go through a 35 mile per hour zone. Residential at almost 60 miles an hour.
