Whataburger - Tyler

This particular Whataburger has been going downhill in the recent months. Everytime I go I hope they had redeemed themselves and they havnt. I just went and ordered through the drive through. The gentleman on the intercom was laughing and giggling the wholetime, when I pulled up the window he was joking with a coworker, then acted like I was inconvenienceing them. I did point out heput my order in wrong, to which he acted very snotty about it. Luckily my food was correct, this time. Every other time theorders have been so wrong I'm sure they are someone else's. Normally I don't write reviews, but it keeps happening, this usedto be my favorite location, but in the recent months it's been terrible :

If I could give 0 stars, I would definitely. I and my friends went to the lobby and were greeted with bad customer service and rude staff. Two employees (screw member and manager) were extremely rude. I usually enjoy eating here during the day, but I would not recommend coming here at night. Service: 1/5

The staff knew exactly what to do when it started to do. They were fast, friendly and professional. Every employee I could see was a contribution to his work, and they moved with both knowledge

Manager very loud and obnoxious!!!! She made me scary with her constant barking to the workers in the back! I will definitely not go back there!!!

I liked the banana pudding milkshake. Great service from Lalyth. Well maintained place and there is huge collection of cars esp Hot Wheels. Just walk in and get ur fav food.
