Bidra med feedbackPizza was excellent. Cashier was rude. Our phone call was transfered to call center. Which cashier let us know it takes 5 min to get order. That we should have called direct. How do you call direct when cashier is on phone 25 mins straight walking aroundwith it talking. How can you get thru.
At noonish couldn't order it for telephone issues, then when I did get through around 4pm, I ordered a simple: Large thin crust with Hamburger, Bell peppers and Onion to be delivered at 5:30pm. Got there early, Papa Johns was only three blocks away, youguessed it was ONLY MEDIUM WARM! Total was $21.10, then company gets about $4.00. of the delivery fee and the employee GETS$0.50 for using their personal vehicle. PAPA JOHNS gets $25.10 EMPLOYEE gets $0.50 PIZZA DEFINITELY ???? WORTH IT!! I tipped thedriver $5.00. Papa Johns should be ashamed of misleading their customers. $25.10 is outrageous for THAT PIZZA!
I truly appreciate the option for gluten-free crust. The service is prompt, and the pizza is delicious!

One highlight on their menu is the jalapeño popper roll—it’s a must-try! You could easily enjoy a meal made entirely from those! Everything is served hot, fresh, and absolutely delicious. Papa John's truly delivers on quality!
While I would rate everything a solid five stars, I do have a comment about the shift lead or manager. I picked up my pizza around 6:45 PM today and had already paid online. At the counter, I realized I had forgotten to ask for two garlic sauces, so I mentioned I’d go grab my wallet. However, the young man at the counter told me not to worry about it. As soon as he said that, the woman I assume to be the manager or shift lead reprimanded him in a very rude tone, which was unprofessional, especially in front of customers. I went to get my wallet because I believe those sauces should be paid for, but I felt bad for that young employee. I think the manager really needs to learn how to communicate with her staff, especially in front of customers.
