Mcdonald's - Tyler

The teen taking my order didn’t know how to do his job. He gave me incorrect change at first and then too much money back. I guess he was nervous.The two people in front of me had their orders messed up as well.The lobby was messy. One of the soft drink machines was out of order.The manager was kind as she saw me and thanked us for coming in.

Upon arrival I discovered that the mobile app duplicated the free happy meal and I ended up having to pay for a second one that I did not order. I explained I redeemed 6000 pts for a free happy meal and had no need for the additional one I was charged for. The two ladies running the drive thru were very rude and condescending telling me that my order was accurate to look at my receipt and shoved it in my face as an aha I got you. All I asked was to be refunded the additional happy meal that was never even requested. They continue to speak to me with an annoyed attitude and were not willing to understand what I was expressing. Whether the receipt shows it or not; I did not want or need a second happy meal. They couldve very easily said they were unable to or something along those lines but instead would rather talk down to me for even inquiring about the extra charge.

MacDonald's was fab. The double cheeseburger was excellent and the fries were hot and delicious; strawberry shake was also very good.

I have yet to get anything I've ordered here aside from fries, and rarely warm or hot at that. I figure I come out somewhere in the middle considering I've got family meals for just me, and a single meal for my family. If your bored, they'll keep you that way, and surprise you at the window. If you go there for just a medium fry snack for the kids, you'll probably get a large cold one. Try it, you might like it. Out.

I just left this McDonald's and omg no one knew anything, my fries were just wet with grease..it seems like they were dipped in grease and just thrown in the fry carton and then I asked for fresh fries the original ones were put right back in there and when. I question him he said duhhh I cooked em I'm not that stupid...I just smh and drive off..I'm like never again will I visit this McDonald's at night. During the day they are just fine just lawddd idk what happens at night...
