Mcdonald's - Tyler

I am disappointed that McDonald's has stopped putting cheese on some of their breakfast sandwiches and changed the size of their drinks without notifying the public. It seems like they can't get it right anyway. This morning, I ordered a number 3 with a round egg and cheese, but when I got home, there was no cheese. This has happened 5 times in the past month. The owner says they will train their associates better, but mistakes still happen.

I ordered a large Diet Coke but I didn't like that they put it on the side of the cup, making it harder to hold. The cup was also wet, so we had to ask for a napkin. This is a consistent problem at all McDonald's locations.

MacDonald's was fab. The double cheeseburger was excellent and the fries were hot and delicious; strawberry shake was also very good.

I have yet to get anything I've ordered here aside from fries, and rarely warm or hot at that. I figure I come out somewhere in the middle considering I've got family meals for just me, and a single meal for my family. If your bored, they'll keep you that way, and surprise you at the window. If you go there for just a medium fry snack for the kids, you'll probably get a large cold one. Try it, you might like it. Out.

The teen taking my order didn’t know how to do his job. He gave me incorrect change at first and then too much money back. I guess he was nervous.The two people in front of me had their orders messed up as well.The lobby was messy. One of the soft drink machines was out of order.The manager was kind as she saw me and thanked us for coming in.
