Sundae Cafe - Tybee Island

Great place to eat. We always try to have at least one meal there every trip to Savannah.

I had an amazing experience at this restaurant. It is one of the best in the entire area. The service was outstanding, the food was incredibly delicious, and being able to make a reservation was a bonus to avoid waiting on the island. Every dish on the menu was exceptional. The oysters Rockefeller were a must try, all the seafood was fresh and flavorful. The fried shrimps and oysters were the best I've ever had. The steak was also delicious. It was great to see where they source their ingredients from directly at the spot.

This is a cozy restaurant that requires reservations. We visited on a Friday night with a group of 7 and the restaurant was packed and quite noisy. We started with the Pimento cheese fritters and roasted green tomatoes, both of which were delicious. They also offer complimentary biscuits, so be sure to ask for them - they are tasty, especially with the jelly. I ordered the seared tuna and my wife had the special crispy flounder, both of which were excellent and cooked perfectly. I highly recommend this restaurant.

A friend recommended this great place! Everything was excellent. The southern oysters Rockefeller are so delicious. My fillet was perfectly cooked, worth every penny.

My family visited this restaurant during our vacation to try some Southern cuisine. Overall, the food was incredibly tasty. However, I deducted one star because the Jambalaya Pasta was lacking in shrimp. The complimentary cookies with peach jam were a delightful surprise and equally delicious. If you're planning to dine at this restaurant, make sure to make a reservation in advance.
