Bidra med feedbackSeriously terrible service! we waited for over 30 minutes for two meals and when they brought it out, we missed a whole meal! we went back and everything they had to say was oh? when we had to eat our meal times, which needed utensils, they had no in the bags! and that was not even fresh. we will not give them our business soon!
At 9:40 a.m., and the heart told me that they could not sell me on the menu, except potatoes and chicken wings I wondered why it would take 20 minutes to cook everything on the menu, and he answered because it frozen. this is the second time that happened. eating is good, the service sucks.
App said, ordering was ready for picking up, was not in pickup area. he tried to ask a male hired where he was and was told he had gone. couple in the lobby said they had a similar experience and had decided that they would go through the drive thru. decided to do this just to say on the window that I couldn't pick up the job there. went to the house and tried to reimburse the restaurant, but they refused and gave me a number to call. the customer line was at least very helpful! they told me that the load was in the position to grant a refund and to hand over togo orders by the drive. I could get my refund from them. I really wanted to love this kfc, but I just need to fix my huh somewhere.
Worst experience I've ever had at KFC, all my food was old and cold. Could not finish it. Don't expect to see me or my wife coming in anytime soon.
I have not been to kfc in 15 years. It has changed a lot. Chicken was good. The kids working were doing they're best. Which I appreciate today with so many lazy youth not willing to work because their parents coddle them. The location could use a deeper cleaning. Overall I enjoyed my time there.
