Baskin-robbins - Twin Falls

Baskin Robbins was where I always got ice cream when I was a kid. For some reason, now it usually slips under my radar when I'm looking for a sweet treat. But I'm glad I remembered it again, because this place is great.

I love ice cream and my favorite is Baskin-Robbins. Its always a great treat, but especially on a hot summer day. The staff there is always pleasant, fast, and friendly. Overall, ice-cream is expensive, and they're no different, but the kids and i love it nonetheless!

I was looking for a caramel ice cream cake everywhere, ended up here and told them what I was looking for Esteban immediately helped me out answered all my questions! Great service at such a short notice for a custom ice cream cake! The cake turned out amazing! It was perfect, exactly what I was thinking of!! Good price range, my cake came out to around $32 (Star Wars action figure was not included)

We dropped our ice cream on the ground, but they kindly replaced it for us at no charge. The mint chocolate chip ice cream is the best I've had here!

Exceptional customer service delivered with genuine warmth! She even went the extra mile by putting the whipped cream from my Cappuccino Blast in a cup for our Bernese Mountain Dog.
