Waba Grill - Tustin

I wish I can put negative stars. Got my green onion this time finally but serving is sooooo small. Compared to some waba grills I've been to. Are you getting payed by the hour? Or payed by how much u put it in it. It makes no sense to have that small rationing . I ordered one small waba bowl and one regular. Both pathetic rationing couldn't even finish my rice with it due to the lack of meat. You are pathetic waba grill will never go back to this location in my life.

Just walked in and got ignored by the young male cashier who was in the back talking to the cooks. when he finally walks over to take my order he can't seem to work the cash register. I'm usually patient if I feel people are still learning but he gives no explanations as to what he is doing. I ask if everything is ok and he says he needs to call his manager to unlock the cash register. I walked out. Don't bother with this place.

First time I have ever been to this waba grill...I have never received such a skimpy portion of beef in my steak bowl ever, all I got was a thin layer of beef, and 90% rice, totally unacceptable.

This place is AMAZING! Staff welcomed us with smiles and the interior was spotless, extremely satisfied. Also, the food was DELICIOUS. My teenage son enjoyed every bite of his Signature bowl. My son and I agreed this will be our stop moving forward regardless of the distance. Great job owner and staff, we are satisfied customers.

The new guy you had there tonight has to be retrained.
