Waba Grill - Tustin

This restaurant offers a drive-thru, which is a great convenience! Additionally, they automatically include all the condiments in the bag without you needing to request them. That’s definitely a nice feature!

The portion sizes and food quality have noticeably deteriorated. I used to eat here at least twice a week since it opened, but now I no longer feel that it's worth a visit. Additionally, the staff were rather rude and informed me that there were no chopsticks available.

I couldn't be happier! It's the best fast food choice that is also healthy for children, and the prices are excellent for the portion sizes.

I really wish I could give this place a negative rating. I did finally get my green onions this time, but the portion sizes are absurdly small compared to other Waba Grills I've visited. Are the servers paid by the hour or incentivized to serve as little as possible? It makes no sense to have such tiny portions. I ordered one small Waba bowl and one regular bowl, and both had disappointing servings. I struggled to finish my rice because there was barely any meat. This experience was really disappointing, and I won’t be coming back to this location again.

This was my first experience at this Waba Grill, and I was quite disappointed. The portion of beef in my steak bowl was extremely small—only a thin layer of beef sitting on top of what felt like 90% rice. This is simply unacceptable.
