Great atmosphere, beyond great service, and stellar coffee! A cup of iced pourover here put a smile on my face, and I couldn’t resist purchasing the beans! :)Food: 5/5

Coffee was good, however I had a bad experience when trying to use the restroom. The restroom said it was clearly vacant, when I tried to get the key, they quite rudely told me to wait until the person using it was done. I suspect the key was being used by one of their staff members cleaning the other restroom. This was disappointing, and I was not going to wait until the restroom was cleaned. I expected better service and communication from such a highly regarded cafe.

This review is 10+ years coming...If you appreciate coffee, you need to give these guys a shot. It doesn 't get much better than this shop. These guys Diedrich are responsible for what third wave coffee is nowadays and they still roast it to perfection.Thanks for the mexican Gesha and the pourover instructions last evening.Grinded some up this morning and used a kalita wave because I cant be bothered with the v60 right now These beans are interesting, lacking smell when the fresh bag was opened, very soft to grind compared to what I usually get... However it just brewed perfectly, perfect bloom, the smells came alive on the bloom, I gave it about 45 seconds then did 3 pours...One of the best cups I 've made at home! AMAZING flavor and smell.As always, thanks and I will be back :

I'm an old Diedrich employee and worked for Martin back in the early days.When I'm in town I love swinging by and seeing the place. Occasionally I'll see a familiar face in the crowd, which makes me happy.I can however say Tustin is not what it used to be, which is sad.Food: 5/5

In my top 3 best coffee places to go to. Love their history of fresh organic coffee bean roasting.I usually get a large red eye coffee and a “grasshopper latte.All of their lattes that I’ve had always are well made and cups full.The pastries Taste good but somehow they seem to be on the dry side and tend to crumble with every bite.Prices are actually ok.I definitely recommend this place
