I had paid $3.00 for extra sauce for the bayou pasta tonight and only received a very small container of sauce for it. Which I feel it outrageous for 3 dollars, the pasta was dry so that small sauce didn’t do anything. I drive too far to even go back.Food: 1/5

Food was good, service was great, except when they charged me twice on my card. Took about 10 minutes to correct it. In the end, it was close enough and we left.Food: 4/5

Got the Cajun steak. It was cut uneven making it cooked uneven. Not sure what made it Cajun the stale mashed potatoes were spicier than the tasteless $30 steak. Obvious tourist trap better off at victory grill.Food: 1/5

Slow and Understaffed. 30 minutes wait today with almost no one in restaurant. 70% of tables empty. Food was good and our server did a good job, but it should not be that long a wait for a 1 pm lunch when there is no one there. I watched multiple people walk out when told how long a wait it was. Need to staff up big time.
