Church's Chicken - Tuscaloosa

Churches always had good chicken, and this goes for this church also the roasted okra was tasty service was good, but was crowded that supported my opinion about good chicken in the church

The food was good, but they always forget something they have too much on the right side when you think they have fixed the issue it comes back to forget something check the bag before you give it to the customer, the excellent service is to ensure that the customer has everything they have paid and that was their guys problem for a long time!!!!!!!!!!

Inside is not open. By ordering thru does not take so long to eat there. The staff is also rude.

Incredibly slow service on the drive thru after sitting on the intercom. So, had to drive around and wait 10 minutes behind a car as they gossiped with the window staff like a family meeting. Then they were made of mash potatoes and Gravy Bit had the pages that cost extra money, which seems like a scam. Laziness and extreme slowness seems to be a very common feature of Tuscaloosa drive thrus: proves me wrong.

Went here tonight, horrible service. Some man that worked there comes out yelling and cursing for some reason, completely unprofessional. I tell them I had a coupon it's on my phone (code provided), she says they don't take coupons off the phone...not sure when that happened, but then she just closes the window. No question if I still wanted to order, would like something else, etc. So I waited for her to open the window asked the price without the coupon they didn't know, looked bothered checked told me. I waited they handed me my food said nothing. I'm sorry, but if you're going to work somewhere at least fake it provide decent service.
