It is amazing that this place is busy, but probably because it does not want to travel in local shops and locals. it makes the worst coffee, chai and hot chocolate. in fact there are other two in the chain similar are bad coffee and chai manufacturers. one of the...this caffes that try to search in its facility and trendy, but serves cafe suppliers bland food.

Steak sandwich under average, baked eggs with tomato average salmon salat bowl cut. carrot cake dry. good coffee. good service beautiful environment. but, it will try elsewhere than food to give it up.

I have dined at Pottery Green in Turramurra several times with my elderly family members. We enjoy the welcoming service, delicious meals, and amazing cakes. However, our experience has been dampened by the loud, bass-heavy music playing at the restaurant. Despite our efforts to ask for it to be turned down, we were ignored. The music greatly affects the atmosphere of a venue, so I would rate it higher if the restaurant addressed this aspect of customer comfort.

I went to this restaurant for brunch and was very disappointed. My appetizers were oily and not hot enough, and the coffee was so burned that I couldn't drink it. When I complained, the staff didn't care. The tables weren't cleaned properly after customers left. The price was high for such poor customer service. I won't be returning, as the employees were rude and inconsiderate.

The impact of Covid-19 on small businesses and cafes has been devastating, but Pottery Green has managed to overcome the challenges by introducing a fantastic delivery service. Despite a minimal delivery fee of $3, the food arrived hot and beautifully presented, just like in the cafe. It is a wonderful feeling to be able to dine in at the cafe again, with strict social distancing measures and thorough cleaning procedures before and after each customer. Kudos to the incredible staff who have handled the situation with grace, providing excellent service and delicious coffee.
