Bidra med feedbackDidn’t appear to be too busy when we walked in so we ordered, then noticed no one had their food. Shortly after , a man brought in boxes and boxes of bread. Apparently they were out of bread but didn’t bother to tell anyone. 75% of the customers were trying to eat lunch and get back for a soccer game. Our kids didn’t get to eat…we had to run them to the fields…going on over 30 minutes now and still haven’t gotten our food. Edited to add: order wasn’t even correct once we received it but we had to GO! Won’t be back.
I simply wanted to pick up my online order. I walked in at 12:15. The app showed it would be ready in 10-15 minutes. Orders were being called out as they were completed. At the time my order showed it was ready I asked about it. No, they said. It was a “couple of tickets back.” So I waited. More orders were called out. I waited. At 12:50 I checked to see what could’ve happened. My order had been sitting behind the counter. No one bothered to call it. Even tho they knew I was and had been waiting a long time. Never again.
My husband and I love the mushroom veggie sub. Customer service is always great.
I visited this restaurant for lunch on February 26, 2024, and I really enjoy the food here. However, I did have one issue during my visit. After I placed my order, I noticed that the lady who rang me up seemed upset or irritated for some reason. I didn’t think much of it at the time, but after I sat down, I saw her go to the bathroom and start coughing. She came out, but then a minute later, she went back in, and I’m pretty sure she was throwing up. This completely killed my appetite. I understand if she was unwell, but please, if someone isn’t feeling good, they should be sent home, especially when handling food.
It's fast food, but it's really good fast food. The service was polite and efficient, and the restaurant was spotless, shining brightly in that harsh light and hard plastic style typical of many chains.
