Firezza - TUNBRIDGE WELLS

I used to be a huge Firezza fan, the pizzas were wel cooked and tasty. However since new ownership, the quality has gone so far downhill. The pizzas are no longer well cooked, and the previously excellent service has become embarrassingly bad. I recently visited after ordering a large family order, to be told that they would refuse to cook the order. If anyone is looking for a quality pizza in the T Wells area, go to Cantuccio. Unbelievably good pizza and lovely people, who don’t refuse to complete your order because they can’t be bothered. Up The Cantuccio

Delivered on time was warm enough to eat. But I really didn't want to. Base dry and topping not spread to edges hardly any cheese, base sauce is terrible. Probably the worst pizza I've ever ever seen. Inedible. So much for a treat! Disgusted

Try the porcini and add pancetta! It’s honestly the best pizza! The manager is really friendly and helpful.

Ordered online. Order accepted, waited an hour until the max expected time, and still no order arrived. Called the company, no answer. Double check my order confirmation email in case I misread the arrival date, but no error on my side. I called the company's telephone number 4 more times, still no answer. Hours later and I still can't get through. Hoping to receive a refund.
