Chips, pico and guacamole were good. Fish tacos were average, they were more like grilled fish fajitas on taco shell. Price was average. Service was average.
Wasn't bad for a casual meal. Had Alambre, a traditonal, Yucatecan MX dish. A huge portion and quite tasty.
So we were skeptical to eat at this place because all we saw in there were tourists and the big hats gave it a sprint break feel that made us think the food would suck. But it didn 't! It was really good and staff was awesome! Would eat here again!
The restaurant itself was clean and appeared inviting from the street so we stopped in. The lighting was dim and somewhat romantic. The restaurant was very breezy with plenty of fans. Our waiter was not friendly and it seemed as if he was inconvenienced by our presence. We ordered the shrimp quesadillas and steak and chicken fajitas. The food was okay. I asked our waiter if there was steak included in my dish because honestly it was so dimly lit I couldn’t see it. He then grabs my knife and starts pushing the food around on my plate to show me a piece of steak I was overlooking. I thought this was incredibly rude and unsanitary. Visit at your own risk.
