Bidra med feedbackWe LOVE Whataburger and have it often. Something about this location ? I don?t know what they?re doing but they?re consistently SIGNIFICANTLY slower than all the other Whataburgers in town. Always plan on 30 minutes for your food and one time after FORTYminutes of waiting they cancelled our order because their machine didn?t work. Save your time and go to another location becauseuntil upper management fixed this it isn?t worth your time. (Memorial/101st area)
Someone needs to manage this place much better! Why does it take 30 minutes to get an order through the drive through? Especially when there are only a few cars ahead? Absolutely ridiculous for mediocre food that?s barley even warm! Not even everan apology for the wait. Think we?re done with this location for good!
My partner and I work in the restaurant industry and were extremely disappointed by the lack of customer service this location had. While placing the order the young man kept cutting us off before we could finish what we were saying like he was beinginconvenienced. The restaurant wasn?t busy at all. He told us to drive forward so we did and paid. The order total changed threetimes. He handed us one small bag and a drink (which did not complete what we ordered) and closed the window. Him and hiscoworker were standing at the window talking while we waited trying to get their attention. One young man glanced over at us andwalked away. So we just drove off. We called the manager after we realized we were missing more than we thought. She asked if wecould come back but we were already on the highway and had somewhere to be. She told us we could come back the next day and pickup the missing items but felt completely brushed off. We work in the industry so we know how it goes. My partner is diabetic andit was his stuff that was missing. His blood sugar was low and well you get it. This review is long enough. Needless to say wewon?t be returning to this location.
We stopped through the drive thru around 3:30 in the afternoon. The dining room looked empty. There were 2 vehicles in front of us, and it took forever for them to be ready to take our order (and she apologized for it , then it took forever to get ourfood. So we figured that being the shower part of the day, they may be replacing with fresh stock. Well, I was wrong. Theburgers were cold and overcooked. (I mean, that alone had to take some mad cooking skills. Just saying. The cheese wasn't evenmelted. Terrible.
Service was good and we were glad they were open late since we flew in after most things had closed. However, the food is just so so. There?s so much more a large chain could do to improve the quality of the food but instead they just serve cheap productsand focus on the profit margins. Don?t punish the local store for the three stars, do better at the corporate level.
