Olive Garden - Tulsa

That was great. we sat for 20 minutes before a waitress came to our table. she told us she didn't realize she had another one. then I asked if I could exchange my drink cz the mango-deaded tasted like bad fruit mixed with tee and when she came back with my heavenly limonade, she said good things to do, both these drinks are the same price, so I don't have to charge them for another drink. in all my 28 years of life I have never said that I would be charged for another drink if the one I had badly cost was another price.

My man and I decided to stop on Wednesday night, as we were in tulsa who led a break in the opposite. he got the spaghetti with meatballs with meat sauce, salat and tiramisu dessert. I have desert the soup (pasta e fagioli and salat with brotsticks and strawberry cream cake for dessert. Although the meal was not bad, the waiting period remained to be desired. we have been registered after ordering, by sms we receive an email with a link to check-in. that never happened. When we arrived, I had to call the number to know that we were there. what was good to me, no problem with it, but the customer service I received from the other end when the phone, the person needs more training in customer service and how not cut off a customer in the midst set. I don't care how bad a day is. they can't hear their customers or see it. you put on a smile, bite your tongue and suck it until you get out of your layer, because what you project outwards to your customer reflects on you in spades. think of each customer as a secret buyer and treat them as such, because in this day and age of technology they are essentially. the more positive they have, the better the check, the better the tip, etc.

The food was sooo good, and also my berry sangria! they cannot beat olive garden when it comes to Italian food and brotsticks!

Our server, remi, was excellent. she was attentive without being excessive. I had never had the suppe, I always decided for the salad, but she beat the chicken and gnocchi soup and it was great. it was a very nice visit with very delicious food. would definitely go back and sit back in their section!

Visited for dinner with my 6 year it was an amazing experience from the min we hit the door. We had drinks and app no less then 10 mins from sitting down. Ty was our server and he was amazing I was impressed with the team work the staff had as even those that weren’t assigned to our table asked if we needed anything and helped. Food was quick fast and hot we will surely be back!
