Little Caesars Pizza - Tulsa

Placed an online on a busy Saturday evening! Order wasn't ready on time but that was OK, you could tell they were obviously busy and I only saw 2 gentleman working! Those guys were working hard. My order came up, about 15minutes late, but it was hot andgood! Appreciate those guys working hard and will definitely order from them again

Used the app to order my pizza for the first time. Terrible experience. When I arrived on time. The pizza was not done. The pizza was not in the box. There were no customers and only one order in the box. I do not see how my order could not becompleted on time. Ended up waiting 30 minutes in parking lot. In the parking lot I read all the giant order online and use theapp signs. Ridiculous.... I am still here....and as my hunger sets in deeper I am growing more furious. I can feel the deeppains of having not nourished my body, and relying on Little Caesars to fulfill that hunger. I grow weaker by the second andminutes turn into hours. And hours turn into days. I will forever remember this less than satisfactory experience. Should havejust ordered from Papa Johns. Papa John's would never.

Complete chaos, they lost the orders of many customers myself included. About thirty people were crammed into this tiny store trying to get their food or at least thier money back. I was in a rush so when they said they didn 't have any food I left,hoping they would do the right thing and refund my money. They decided to charge me for the pizzas they didn 't make and didn 'tdeliver. Now I 've been on hold for over 30 minutes in an attempt to recover the money they STOLE.

Pizza wasn't warm, it wasn't cut. Asked for paprika and got sausage. I wanted to take it back, but the guy who works literally has the worst attitude and didn't cost it.
