James E. Mcnellie's Pub - Tulsa

They have a dedicated vegan section on the menu and everything we got was awesome. The regular and sweet potato fries are both great.

Had an entire plant based section of the menu, which I rarely see especially for Pub grub. My friend ordered the side of mashed potatoes (he 's vegetarian so didn 't ask if those had dairy) and the waitress asked do you want the gravy it 's vegan without being asked. I had the chick 'n sandwich which was also very good. Amazing beer selection.

In addition to normal pub fair (including a pleasant atmosphere and friendly staff), McNellie's has options for various plant-based meats (impossible burgers, Beyond brats, and Chick'n patties) and several vegan sides. Admittedly, most of the meats are likely just pulled from a box with minimal change (I was satisfied but not over-awed with the Chick'n Sandwich), and they have a notable lack of any vegan desserts. So happy mcnellie added a plant-based menu area! I had the beyond of gloomy and the chipotle huhn. does not have the chipotle huh (it was like a meh mcchicken), but they cannot go wrong with beyond. sweet potatoes are great. love that I can now have a solid meal with friends in the bar!
