Chick-fil-a - Tulsa

I am just the local produce delivery driver for this establishment and I would just like to say that the staff and crew are very friendly and helpful and I would bend over backwards for any of them.

Incredible staff and great service! Placed a large catering order and needed to move the date due to inclement weather. Chick-fil-a at South Road's staff was so incredibly helpful and even reached out to me, over the phone, the day of the inclement weather to confirm that the order was being rescheduled and to ask if I was safe at home. Fabulous customer service!

The Chick-Fil-A on 41st and Yale in Tulsa is awesome! The employees are all helpful and kind! They are also quick at preparing meals and getting them out in a timely manner. They have done a lot for our school and we greatly appreciate them!

This place is great. They made a mistake and left nuggets out of an order. Chick-fil-A has hardly ever gotten my order wrong. I wasn't mad but just called them to let them know. They apologized and delivered them directly to my house. That is customer service! Thank you!

The girl who took my order rushed the hell out me, I told her I wanted to look at the menu and she quickly started asking me what I wanted to start with, so I told her 3 kids meals, she only asks what the drinks were on them, so I had to ask her what meals did she order, the nuggets, ok. Then she goes on to rush my order in and takes my card for the payment. She might as well have slapped me with the card in my face when she gave it back to me. Just plain rude. Then they didn't put any toys in the kids bags...
