The Braum's froyo cone never fails to bring a smile to my face!

Good food and service but do not go to braums at night. the service will be terrible.

On this occasion, I went through the drive thru and there were 4 cars in front of me. When I got to the first window, I paid and then proceeded to the second window. All of this took less than 5 minutes. Quick service. When I got to the second window, there was some confusion to my order and turns out I had paid for someone else's order which was less than half of what I should've paid. They quickly fixed the situation and I offered to pay the difference more than once. The staff was professional and friendly, apologized for the mix up and sent me on my way with the correct order. Customer service done right! 100

Always a great location to frequent!! The manager always goes out of his way to make sure we have had an amazing experience every time we go in or to the drive threw!

This particular braum's is one I visit often. They do a terrific job preparing the ice cream or hot food of your choice. I certainly recommend this braum's over other locations.
