Hirsch - Tübingen

Impressive! we are here last night. this restaurant has incredible food! with safety the best cook in tübingen. he or she could be a Michelin star excellent cook. for the beginning there were primitivo and sauvignon blanc in the glass, both were of good quality. there were appetizer salads. fresh vegetables with nuts and a delicious dressing. I had the white pliers fish over dark risotto. the fish was fresh and the risotto excellent! it was all crowned with leafy vegetables and looked like a work of art! my man had a cappuccino soup and then lamme with a potato puree. he said the meat was of excellent quality and the supplements would fit well. our friends had beef roast, which was also very delicious! we finished it with a dark chocolate and a cream brûlée. both excellent! the only negative is the ambiente. the lights are too bright and there should really be a professional designer to update the decor. it is really nothing special there and an upgrade would really help the ambiente. we will be coming back

The menu contains many classic Swabian dishes, but always with a fantasies note. the main dishes we ordered were perfectly prepared and tastefully presented. the service is impeccable and the atmosphere is very friendly and relaxed. we have eaten out on Sunday afternoon, the garden is beautiful and there was no traffic. strong recommendation

Wir waren mit einer Gruppe anlässlich eines Klassentreffens im "Hirsch" zum gemein -samen Abendessen. Die Chefin besticht mit ihrer ungezwungenen, fröhlichen Natür-lichkeit, ist stets präsent und hat wirklich alles im Griff. Liebevoller Service.Doch nun zur Küchenleistung : wirklich alles verträgt das Prädikat: "Ausgezeichnet".Sei es die Sektschaumsuppe mit Flußkrebsen, karamelisierter Ziegenkäse,Ochsen -backe oder zum Abschluss Himbeer- Panna Cotta.... Hmmmmm.........Dieser Küchenchef verdient höchstes Lob - denn er kocht mit seiner Crew Augen -und Geschmackskompositionen auf höchstem Niveau, die nachhaltige Gaumen -freuden vermitteln.

Der Gasthof Hirsch bietet regionale Küche in einer tollen Qualität an. Sehr toll angerichtet und geschmacklich sehr zu empfehlen. Werde auf jeden Fall öfter vorbeischauen und es weiter empfehlen.

We were in four, and we tasted the Maultaschen cooked in a very good sauce, the Meerretisch mit Apfel soup, very tasty and an unusual flavour, and as main disches we took deer with a chessnuts-potatoes mashed cream, two dishes of handmade "ravioli" german-style, and the dish of the day, a delicious tripe with potatoes, that can be scary for the consistency but it was actually very tasty. The service was excellent, we waited just the right time to have the meals cooked and prices were overall cheap for the amount and the quality of the food
