Jimmy John's - Tucson

I ordered a Slim 6 (all Slims are supposed to be plain, no garnishes). It was covered inside w some green sauce. Awful. First seriously disappointing JJ experience after 100s. Poor quality control, which has always been the hallmark of this brand. It gets two stars only bc the cashier was pleasant.

Overpriced these days. But still tasty. HOWEVER, my issue is that this location almost always either forgets my chips altogether or gives me the wrong chips. I always order regular on the app and it prints out in black but they always eff it up somehow. Then, I have to go back because I don't want flavored chips I didnt pay for... OR i want my chips at all. Do they apologize for making me drive back due to their screw up? No. I've worked at a bagel place and customer service goes a long way. Be sorry and make up for it or people aren't going to want to go back.

I was in Tucson for work and desired to get a lighter meal for dinner. I had to scout out the various JJ locations in the area and found that this spot had the most consistent reviews. It was a late Wednesday night when I pulled up to the drive-thru in which I was greeted kindly and professionally. After placing my order through the intercom, I proceeded up to the service window and submitted my card for payment. The employee was kind enough to check me into the system for my rewards and sent me on my way. One of the quickest drive-thru experiences you could have with a great product to enjoy. Would highly recommend.

I paid 20$ for a 16 inch tuna sandwich with bacon and avocado. Where is the avocado. Why did this happen. When did this begin? Is this a forever change? If I'm going to be spending money for Jimmy John to safari hunt elephants, it's the least his minimum wage workers can do.

Giving five stars for a fast food chain category. : Jimmy John 's is such a guilty pleasure. I love their super crisp and tightly wrapped lettuce Unwiches with Xtra whole grain Jimmy mustard. They create the sandwich in lettuce wrap form, then wrap it extremely tightly in paper that you peel back as you eat, then of course there is also the outer paper wrap. It 's a salad, but tricks you into thinking you 're eating a sandwich. This location is close to my home, so I can order delivery online and usually have it within 15 minutes. They live up to their Freaky Fast motto. Online ordering is simple. I usually get the Vito Unwich, swap out the Italian vinaigrette for Jimmy 's mustard and Mayo. And I get Xtra of all the veggies and add cucumber and sprouts. All of this is easily customizable online, extra veggies do not come with an extra charge. Veggies have always been fresh on my sandwiches. All of my delivery drivers have been friendly!
