Burger King - Tucson

This restaurant always messes up my orders. Every time, I ask for a cheeseburger and end up with a saltburger. I specifically asked for no pickles or onions, but they still put them on. We also ordered a Sprite that they forgot to include. They need to improve their communication system or find staff who can accurately understand orders. I would not recommend coming to this Burger King because they consistently make mistakes.

The customer service in the drive-thru tonight on 11/16/22 was absolutely fantastic.

I always go through it and I love burger king when I eat there so that I appreciate this a great place to eat and the workers seem to do a great job too.

The burger was dried, the hamburgerbunk was hard, the fries were boiled first when I had a lukewarm service there and was there a few times away.

If I can give this half a start I would Food is disgusting never fresh always missing items or getting it wrong and the chicken nuggets are alway hard looks like they been sitting there found a hair once in my food they wouldn’t give me a refund they said they can’tI’m sticking with McDonald’s it’s way better
