Azul boasts a stunning atmosphere with breathtaking views of the mountains and the surrounding grounds, including the pool area. The breakfast is delightful, and the buffet selection is impressive. However, the highlight of Azul is undoubtedly the staff. The servers are attentive and courteous, and the manager stands out as exceptional. He genuinely cares about your experience and ensures that everything is spot on. It’s a wonderful way to begin the day!

The dessert was a dense, expertly made espresso cake accompanied by a delightful chocolate egg and an exquisite sauce. The combination of bitterness and sweetness created a delightful harmony. Without a doubt, the food was fit for royalty, but I always pay close attention to customer service and the overall experience. If I could, I would rate Azul even higher. Our waiter was exceptional; he turned on the outdoor heater and fire pit for us, was friendly, engaged in great small talk, and demonstrated impeccable plating skills. If I had to suggest a tipping guideline, I would recommend starting at 50%, as the service was far more deserving than the typical 15%. I will definitely be returning!

The restaurant offers stunning views and a lovely patio. The crab cakes, spinach artichoke dip, and salmon were all outstanding. We also enjoyed some fun cocktails. Lara provided us with excellent service and helpful recommendations, making our evening truly enjoyable!

Host was not te best. He seemed overwhelmed with the reservations but after we were seated the waitress made it up. Mariah was spectacular, the way she offered the plates and how efficient she was made the difference. The table we seated had a great mountain view. The menu was limited and the food was okay. The shrimp tacos and fried pork (chicharrón) was delicious!!!!

We came to Azul tonight for my wife's birthday. We live this place so much. We were best friends when we came here last year for her birthday and now we are married with a month old daughter. The view here is spectacular and the staff is always very friendly and helpful. We will be back for sure.
