Ihop - Tucker

The service at this restaurant was extremely poor, to the point where I wouldn't recommend it to anyone, not even my worst enemy. Our party of four had to wait 15 to 20 minutes between each dish, and when the food finally arrived, it was disappointing. The speck was still frozen, and the hash browns were only cooked on one side. I was shocked that IHOP allowed this franchise to operate under their name. The waitress appeared disheveled and unprofessional, reminding me of a prison inmate in need of training at a Waffle House.

Needs a little more tidins and space. the layout of the restaurant is not good! the cabin seats are too close to the tables, but the eating was excellent, the chocolate chip pancakes and geese, ash-browns and protein were the most fuffy I have ever tasted!

If they are not open, people cannot apply for their business. that is the second time that we came to eat at ihop and you were not open. their signs say 24 hours open. you see pictures of our first attempt a few weeks ago. last photo of waffles is from today they try at their place, and then we went to waffle house next door. her manager must run her business through the golden rule: “If they don’t care about the customer, someone else will!” btw, google says 7AM, both were not open at 7AM.

A little down but I must say the waitress named kinnedy is absolutely amazing! she was all alone when someone didn't show up. she treated all tables with speed accuracy and gnade. great job!

I am very pleased with the service of Fatima at the host stand she was sincerely sweet and Charles the cook made my meal and experience delightful ? These two Rock! Please Give them a raise quickly?
