Jimmy John's - Tuckahoe

I like Jimmy John's, I really do. The service is good and fast, and the food fresh and tasty. But it's gotten more expensive, the Little John sandwich I like seems to have gotten smaller, and when I asked for a cup of water this time, the cashier handed me a dinky paper cone cup like ones in an office water dispenser. Really? Of course one can't even set it on the table when one dines in. Seems like the value is gradually diminishing. I hope things can improve again.

Sandwich was wrong..disappointing..first time..don't think I will order again..the tuna was not great..ingredients were missing ...if I didn't pay for it I wouldn't have eaten it..called and manager didn't seem to care or offer to replace ..won't order again...

I’m not sure why this location has such mediocre reviews. I’ve been here over a dozen times now and I’ve had a great experience every single time. Great food, great service.

Good service they will wait till closing for orders

Whoever was working the phone and the driver at 8:45 pm on 8/9/22 both deserve raises.
