Shelby's Bistro - Tubac

Nancy and I visited the restaurant for lunch today. We were quickly seated at a window table, and the waitress promptly took our order, bringing our wine just a few minutes later. The restaurant was clean and well-organized. We ordered pizza, which was incredible—loaded with pepperoni and cheese and bursting with flavor. The service was timely and courteous, and the atmosphere was lovely and inviting. We definitely plan to return!

The strawberry margarita was disappointing; it had no flavor and was excessively watery. The eggplant stack dish was decent, but not remarkable.

As always, Shelby's is an excellent restaurant with delicious food and consistently great service!

Good lunch spot-great service since the restaurant was packed they were short staffed! We ate outdoors under a helpful umbrella. Nice atmosphere but sorta spendy for what you get...but how many times can you eat some great food outdoors in Tubac?

Visiting Tubac and a friend recommended this restaurant. Pizza looked really delicious. I chose a tomato and cucumber salad with feta and chicken. Chicken was grilled and really tasty. Very large potions.
