Brix Tualatin

No one bothered to tell me the restaurant would not be open at the time of our reservation due to inclement weather. My reservation should have been cancelled but never got a notice. We drove all the way out there to see a note on the door that they were not open. I contacted the restaurant through this website and never got an apology all they told me was they were open but not till 11am. Our reservations were for 9:30am.

Came to celebrate a dual birthday with dinner and drinks. Our waitstaff, Katie, was very helpful and took care of us with friendliness and care. Food was outstanding as usual and came away happy and full.

The soup was served cold, and all the dishes arrived at the same time, which was quite frustrating. Typically, the salad should be served first, followed by the entree, but instead, we received our salad, soup, and entree all at once, making it difficult to enjoy any of the food. The service was average at best; there were moments when we couldn't see any staff members, and I had to wait until the bill arrived to get a drink refill, even though I had requested one before our food came out. Overall, this was my second consecutive disappointing experience, and I don’t think I’ll be returning.

We were so happy Brix was open as we were staying in a hotel in Tualatin. We needed to go somewhere close by due to the icy roads from the storm that hit the Portland metro area a few days ago! Brix had good food and great service with Angela! I would recommend Brix to all my family and friends!

They never brought our appetizer. When they brought our dinner I mentioned that we never got our apps and they said “oh a whole buck of food just came out” but they still did not bring it. We were well into our dinner and I said “ please take the app off our bill since it never came” and then they brought it. But it was after dinner was over. Not wanting to waste food, we ate it and just called it a “savory dessert” but it was stupid. And the event was a birthday so we would have ordered dessert for sure if the apps had been delivered . They lost out on money.
