Tim Hortons - Tsawwassen

Twice in a row on different days we’ve come by, once at 9:59pm, one at 9:30pm, and were denied food. The first time they told us they stopped serving food after 10pm, and being that it was pretty much 10, no big deal. The next time we came earlier and “their bagel machine was broken”. Considering they were cleaning all the food machines when we walked in. It’s safe to say the person behind the counter was lying to us because they started shutting down everything so they could leave earlier.Then, the bathroom. Absolutely horrendous, disgusting, I’ll spare you the details, but I’m pretty sure it wasn’t chocolate sauce everywhere!

Slow at non peak times. I had a pickup mobile order. I went to where it said pick up and waited 5 minutes so she could finish someone else's order. Cool but then she looked at me and I told her I had a mobile order, she glared at me and went to till and helped that lady at till. What was.the glatr for?The washrooms are super dirty. I attended 2 days in a row and garbage was overflowing both days and even the floor still had the same garbage in it. Unsanitary for sure.

I paid 3$ for half full French vanilla and my bro paid 2.2$ for just over half full regular

I come every other day, ask for chocolate chunk cookies it’s on the menu every single time I go they say let me check it I have any . I spoke to the manager twice, second time he said : i’ll make some it’ll take 10 min.. I said no thanks it was at 7 PM . I came back at 8 they still don’t have it!! They keep pushing their dream cookies instead! If you don’t sell it take it off the menu. BAD BUSINESS ETHICS. I have tried more than 15 times. Zero management skills. Lazy staff. Poor experience. Poor owner.. only if he knew..
