You guys literally mess up my order every morning, it’s really annoying and not worth it to go there

Two counters one mobile pickup and the other is just pickup. Staffs needed training on where to put orders?

One of the worst tim hortons i have ever seen. Worst customer service, inappropriate food and refusing to give whatever asked for even after paying for it.

I wish i could give less than 1 star . This location is the worst i have ever seen, they do not carry most of the stuff and app never says if its sold out so you have to wait for online order for 20 mins until a employee notices and tells that they do not have the item which is really frustrating as i work in the mall as well and we only have limited time for break . All employees care about is giggling with their co-workers and gossiping around while customers are waiting in line
