McDonald's - Truro

McDonalds, I wouldn't even rate it here if they had gotten the order right. No biggie. Polite and courteous people.

Staff are friendly and ready to serve you. This location is just down the street from the local hospital, so great place to go after a treatment or visit. I had the egg mcmuffin and a coffee for under $5. Order a seniors coffee which is a small size but only $1.20 per cup. Will continue to visit.

I would like Mc Donalds to;Keep me in the loop on the investigation process of dealing with this case.Check CCTV to prove me version of events at 16:30 on 6/9/2015 at Truro branchTo investigate the matter fully and discipline accordingly for gross misconduct of refusal of refund for paid goods which werent received, arguing aggresively and openly at customers in front of customers.To thank Lee the shift leader for his great Customer Service.And to inform me of the outcome.This simply is disgusting to treat someone this way and i cant believe mc donalds will tolerate this.I do not wait for food for it to arrive after 5 people have come and gone to get the wrong food and a literal 5 minute argument with the unit manager who is ridiculously childish, rude, ignorant and intolerable and to be quitefrank needs to back of hpise job with customer service skills that low.My complaint has been submitted.Proper pile of garbage go to Pool mc donalds instead where they are faster and serve hotter food with smiles.

What can i say about Mcdonald if you have kids and they like the playroom then good place to go to. We only go for the Coffee now as it is far superior to Tim's. Their CBO burger is very good and worth trying.

This is a great MacDonald's. Staff are very friendly and helpful. If it will be a few minutes then they provide a table number and bring the food to you when it's ready. Coffee is very good as well as all the menu items. A mix a young and old as well as families.
