McDonald's - Truro

After working at McDonald's in New Brunswick when I was younger, including as a manager, I can say that this location did not meet my expectations. Mistakes happen, but I cannot overlook the decline in quality that I have noticed over time. It is unfortunate that this is not a corporate-owned location. I was too far away to go back and address the issue, but I have decided that I will not be returning to this establishment.

With a completely remodel, and sleek modern design, this McDonalds provides quality eats and a welcoming atmosphere. Great place for kids, seniors, teens, and parents. Wheelchair accessible parking and wheelchair accessible entrances. Clean, modern, cheap, affordable, quality. Great value for money. Always fast service, and always with a smile!

Never really busy when I drop in for coffee they are right their coffee is the best! I imagine they get a lot of customers from the Rath Eastlink Center too but no I never see it hopping busybut I am usually there early in the day as I am an early bird senior .the staff seem to be pleasant enough and helpful I really cant say anything about the food because I pick up is food well if muffins count they are good but no I never eat their burgers or meals ! I try to stay away from such food I would say a great place to take children if they like that food ! Seniors seem to frequent this place maybe that is just due to the time of day that I have been there! I imagine the travel trailers that park there eat there in summer they can stay overnight along the border of the parking lot! but I really can only say the workers are pleasant !

Ate lunch here around 1 pm. The line was long but moved quickly. Both had Big Macs which were hot and delicious!

Went for a bite around 2pm on a Tuesday. Line up was long and didn’t move quickly. Wonder if the new mobile ordering is slowing down the walk-ins? The chairs make a scrapping noise ever time someone moves one. There aren’t any rubber tips on the bottoms, these could decrease the noise. Food was hot but i think is pricier than other similar fast food restaurants.
