L' ESSENTIEL - Troyes

We went to this restaurant for the first time on the occasion of the holy valentine. the establishment proposed a unique menu made up of multiple dishes in a quantity of tasting, which allowed us to enjoy all types of dishes. the presentation of the plates is neat and the products are fresh and well worked, the right cooking and the perfect seasonings. the wines accompanying each dish were wisely advised by the waitress, kind and smiling throughout the meal. Good address, thanks to the whole team for this beautiful Valentine's Day.

We were 2 couples of friends to go to dinner in this restaurant, everything was really great!We were placed on a round table in a small corner away it was perfect!We all took different dishes and everyone was thrilled with his dinner! small for the dessert buffet that allows us to see each of the desserts offered before choosing it! A nice evening! Thank you!

The setting is pleasant and neat, the friendly welcome. The service is discreet and effective. We had two couples coming to dinner. we had booked in this facility on recommendation. champagne was of medium quality. In the main course, we chose a tuna pavement. cooking was perfect but the fish was too salty and the texture of the flesh was filandrous. The dessert trolley couldn't blow our bad impression. Too bad.

If you are looking for the essential in a restaurant: a warm setting and a neat deco, a reception and a quality service and above all very well cooked and refined dishes. You're at the right address!

We were very nicely welcomed in this restaurant while it was very late, that it was a holiday (Thursday of Ascension) and that we thought we were served nowhere. a place on the terrace, very pleasant by this sunny day, was proposed. The card is short, which is pretty good sign. Everything seems home-made. We loved the dishes we ordered. excellent fish, superb andouillette de troyes. perfect cooking and accompaniment. a splendid purée of homemade potatoes excelledly beurred. The prices are however supported so that you want a glass of wine with its meal: 9€ the glass of brouilly (but this wine was excellent!)
