Tender Shack - Troy

They dang good tenders are dang gooey. Plus the bbq sauce smacks.

The first two times I ordered from them, it was great. Order was correct and portions were correct. The last two times... not so much. I ordered the tender sandwich in February, it took over an hour to get to me, wasn't put together, and I didn't receive the extra tender shack sauce. The last time in March was beyond pathetic. I ordered the regular 5 piece tender meal with a drink and a cookie. I got 4 pieces instead of 5 (not a huge deal) but what's hilarious is that the fry portion was literally cut in half. The container is usually filled with the tenders and fries. It looked like they tossed about 10 fries in there. I again ordered an extra tender shack sauce and not only didn't receive that, but didn't get the sauce that COMES WITH. I ordered a drink and didn't get that, but hey, at least they gave me the straw ! My advice, avoid using DoorDash to order from here. That way if you go to the restaurant, and they decide to skimp on your order, you can find out and get it taken care of right then and there.

So much seasoning lol. It was yummy though. I didn't get my cookie, but they gave me an extra drink. :

The chicken, fries tasted funny. Maybe it was b/c they decided to leave out all of my dips, including the ones I paid extra for.

None of the sauce i ordered was included in the meal but the chicken was good
