Panera Bread - Troy

The food at Panera Bread has consistently been excellent each time we've visited. We've been to several locations in Ontario and Michigan, and we've always found a great selection of dishes at reasonable prices. Plus, the free refills on drinks are a fantastic bonus. Highly recommend it! Thank you!

This location stands out for having the cleanest environment and the freshest food and drinks compared to other places I've visited. The manager who was overseeing the dining area was very friendly. The drinks were excellent, and you could tell they had been prepared today. The food was also fresh.

I've only ever come thru the drive thru at this location, but today I had the opportunity to dine inside as I was meeting with a work client. I was impressed with the friendliness of the staff, especially the Manger on duty; Sofia, who I observed working diligently with her staff. My food was quickly made, a good portion size, and very yummy. I highly recommend this Panera Bread location for a dining experience that offers a spacious dining space and excellent staff. I've always liked Panera Bread. Good food, clean spaces, and the tables give you a sense of being in your own space. My only complaint is that they changed their menu and it is hard now for me to find items to eat. I used to love choosing from their sandwich menu. Now I almost skip it entirely. I'm not sure what they were aiming for, but they missed it with me. Still love the bread bowls, and their coffee in the morning is great.
