Mcdonald's - Troy

After a mistake was made on our order we received very good customer service from an extremely polite and apologetic manager. Thank you for a job well done!

It's really a hit or miss here, which isn't unusual for a McDonald's. Some days you get food that tastes good and some days you get overcooked meat and fries that taste more like salt with a side of fries. As for the service, typically the service quality is good.

What a fantastic little McDonald's! It's conveniently located right off Route 7 on the outskirts of Troy, making it easy to access without battling heavy traffic. The bathrooms are impeccably clean and well-maintained, and the dining area is cozy. The young staff is very friendly and engaging. They have all the necessary COVID-19 precautions in place, including plexiglass barriers and a "No mask, no service" policy for our safety. The food is great, and the service is incredibly quick. Everything McDonald's is known for is executed consistently well here.

I had a good experience at this McDonald's. The dollar menu is available, the place is clean, and the wait times aren't too long. There was a small issue with my order, but they fixed it right away without any hassle. Just a heads-up: the dollar menu only offers hamburgers instead of cheeseburgers. They also treated us to some free coffee, which was a nice surprise!
