Bidra med feedbackBacked up on multiple orders. Very disorganized with getting people their orders in a timely manner. Lots of us had to ask workers about orders we were waiting on. I asked about my coffee and no one knew what I'd ordered. I'd showed the girl my phone with my order and she'd given me an iced coffee when id ordered a hot. After the first girl took my order, someone else finally noticed me and asked what I was waiting for. I told her I was waiting for a coffee and someone else was taking care of my order. She proceeded to ask me what kind of coffee I'd ordered as if I didn't just tell her that someone has it.
I have to give this DD one star! We stopped for morning coffee, the drive thru line was long particularly out the parking lot. So, we decide to go inside, while there were only two others inside the workers were talking, talking and talking until the worker handling and hustling the drive thru window goes HEY you have customers. We finally get waited on only to get to the car and taste our coffee which tastes like it came out of McDonald's or somewhere... horrible!! Had we not been pushed for time we would have gone back inside to return it! I probably won't be returning to this Dunkin.?
Check out these new holiday drinks. It's outrageous! I mentioned that my cup was only 3/4 full, and they transferred it into a smaller cup to make it look full. What in the world? I won't be returning ever again! Who does something like that? Of course, it's Dunkin'. I've already stopped going there due to these kinds of practices, and now they've made it onto my boycott list along with a few other shady businesses.
The young woman at the front counter that day (early Saturday morning) was extremely polite and pleasant. Food: 5/5
We arrived at the drive-thru just 20 minutes before closing. The young man at the window was incredibly efficient and was ready to brew a fresh pot of decaf just for us...
