I visited today, and my order was taken incorrectly. When I reached the window, I was asked to clarify my order. I ended up being charged for two small signature lattes instead of just one.
The food I received was neither hot nor fresh. The service at the window was also less than pleasant. Given the price, quality, and temperature of the food, I might consider not returning.
The service at this Dunkin' Donuts is fantastic! The staff is always friendly and consistently gets my order right. I truly appreciate their warm smiles and patience with me. This location is always clean, which enhances the experience. I love getting my favorite drink—a large iced peach green tea with extra green tea and no ice. Plus, the parking is convenient and easy to navigate. Overall, I highly recommend this place!
Check out these new holiday drinks. It's outrageous! I mentioned that my cup was only 3/4 full, and they transferred it into a smaller cup to make it look full. What in the world? I won't be returning ever again! Who does something like that? Of course, it's Dunkin'. I've already stopped going there due to these kinds of practices, and now they've made it onto my boycott list along with a few other shady businesses.
