Bidra med feedbackIn store staff was awesome and has very good customer service. The general manager Aiden, however was super unprofessional! I had placed an order ans tried paying both cash and card.. the process was done wrong and put me negative in the bank. Aidensresponse is oh well, after 5 of the Pizzas I had ordered we already made.. left with no pizza. Wasted store product, and stillnegative in the bank which Aiden said would be back yesterday evening. Very unprofessional! Usually a frequent customer. Willnot be using dominos in troutman again.
Terrible service and delivery. As of now, one hour late. Mgr is intolerant to problems presented! Not the first time. I?m totally tolerant to hear of staffing issues, but this has become three different excuses by now.
I don 't know what is going on with this Domino 's in Troutman but it has gone so far downhill that it isn 't even funny any more. An hour and a half and still don 't have the food we ordered? Try calling and get the rudest kid in existence who keeps talkingover you when you try to talk, and then when you ask for a manager- I am the manager . Really? Because I am too and I wouldnever in a million years start off talking to someone the way you do! Then to have the audacity to lie and try to say you justopened. I know what your hours are-you didn 't just open. At this point, I would love my money back since I am apparently notgetting the food I ordered and paid for! And I can promise you, I won 't be ordering from you again and will make sure I telleveryone how bad it has gotten with absolutely no recourse for customers.
Got dinner delivered on 11/7. Ordered at like 7:11, got an otw text at 7:18, had food in hand shortly after. Got two pizzas and a pasta and it was all delicious and warm. The pasta was phenomenal. Ive had mixed experiences in the past with this locationbut they killed it tonight. Tracker said Aden made and delivered my food. Good stuff man.
I've been calling this place 30 minutes before delivery cut off, i was hung up on 3 times and twice the just picked the phone up where i could here other phones ringing and the employees cursing about how they didnt want to work or do there job. I thinkthis is very unacceptable in any circumstance. If your that busy just ask that we hold for a moment instead of just avoidingcustomers all togather. For the most part the pizzas are made great but it's getting through to place an order that isnt onlinethat's the problem.
