Rocky Mountain Chocolate Factory

I have been coming to this restaurant for as long as I can remember. The quality of their food and drinks has always been consistently excellent. They offer delicious beverages, ice cream, fantastic caramel apples, and a great variety of chocolates. You can choose from pre-boxed chocolates or pick out fresh ones from the case. The staff is very friendly and you can tell they enjoy working there. I highly recommend stopping by if you have the chance.

Spent $21 here on caramel apples. I brought them home and they were rotten. whole inner sides were mush and smelled like more zider.

The portion size was generous, but despite the good chocolate, I will never visit this awful establishment again. Never!

I worked here in 2018, it was my first work as high school student. everyone who worked here was super and friendly and hard working, but the owners are the worst bosse I ever had. they had no respect for the work that I set up, because I would have to stay too late, as they would keep me open and close the load themselves without pause. as child I didn't know better, thought that this treatment was normal, and now I see that they used my inexperience. I was hired as a part-time worker, but finished the work full time without the benefits. they use and accuse all their employees for misery, although they should accuse themselves for their abhorrent treatment. I hope they wake up and treat the people who would let their load go in future.

The staff member was pleasant and amicable, but the overall dining experience was disappointing. We purchased apples and two pieces of candy, which ended up costing close to $30. The apples were of poor quality, with one tasting like it had been stored in a fridge, and neither were worth the high price. The candy was mediocre at best, with the white chocolate peanut butter cup having subpar peanut butter and an unbalanced ratio of peanut butter to white chocolate. We do not plan on returning to this establishment.
