Checkers - Tropical Park

I am clear that this is not my country and I am trying to adapt to their customs and especially their language but it seems disrespectful to me that they yell at me and treat me in a bad way for not understanding their language. I think that lack of tolerance is not the right one to work in a customer service place. The food is very good but we will not return to that place

Food was fresh and tasted great... But cashier wasn't listening to my order, was giving a coke instead of Mr pibb...

The cashier was super professional and friendly, food was great!!!

However, since I usually don't complain about food orders, I decided to eat a drumstick while considering whether to drive back through for some flats. I'm glad I did because the flavor was good enough that I felt it wasn't worth the hassle to go back. I placed my order through the app, which unfortunately doesn’t offer an option for just flats, and considering it was around midnight, they might have simply been out of them. I will definitely order wings again, but next time I’ll make sure to do it at the speaker so I can request mostly flats, if not all. As a side note, I'd like to address the reviews about rude employees. From my experience, it seems those complaints might stem from individuals getting back what they put out. I often visit this Checkers for delivery pickups through Uber, and I’ve never encountered rudeness from any of the staff.

I had the most disappointing meal I've ever experienced. The food was bland, served cold, and the buns were not fresh. The milkshake appeared diluted, as if it was half-filled with water. Even the fries were unappetizing—soggy and tasting excessively of fryer grease.
