Sushi Shop - Trois-Rivières

The sushi is consistently fresh, with the chef producing them with care. The server is attentive and always ready to assist. I enjoyed the smoky flavor of the salmon sushi, and it tasted delicious. I also tried their miso soup, which had tofu in it. If it was hotter, it would be perfect.

As a fan of seafood and sushi, I have tried several sushi restaurants but Sushi Shop is my favorite. I am a regular customer there because the food is delicious, nicely presented, and reasonably priced. The staff is friendly and the restaurant is beautifully decorated, with unique ceiling lamps and relaxing music playing in the background. Although one time my seafood soup was served lukewarm, it still tasted amazing. My favorite dish on their menu is the shoyu seafood soup. I highly recommend it to all seafood lovers!

I had lunch at the sushi restaurant on Des Forges Blvd. I enjoyed some delicious tuna rolls and salmon rolls (with smoked and raw salmon). The food was tasty and the service was excellent. They were very generous with toppings like wasabi, ginger, and soy sauce. The price was reasonable for the portion size and quality, making it a great lunch option. The atmosphere was decent, although I opted for take-out and found the music to be a bit too loud.

The food is great, presented nicely and have a decent price for the quantity. The staff is friendly, the decoration of the restaurant is nice(flower-like ceiling lamps!), the music is generally great and relaxing(they sometime put on some Bob Marley classics!). Only one time I had my seafood soup served lukewarm, but it tasted great anyway. My personal favorite on their menu is the Shoyu Seafood Soup. I recommend it to all seafood fans!

I ate at Sushi shop at 225 boul des Forges for lunch on the go. I had some delicious tuna tempura rolls and the 2 salmon rolls (with smoked and raw salmon). The food was delicious and the service was excellent. They were very generous with condiments like wasabi, ginger and soy sauce. Price was good for the quantity and quality, I spent under 15$ for an excellent lunch!The atmosphere was ok, I took take-out but I did notice that the music was a little loud.
