Bidra med feedbackVery disappointed about the lack of COVID-19 protection procedures. I went today to pick up an order to see how people eat in people who are all right. Amazingly, the protective glass had disappeared. Only a reminder COVID-19 is an airborne virus droplet of people who dwell in the air. They have people eating inside, no mask and can cough or sneak their droplets in the air at any time. Nothing protects the open food except the standard glass that is not on the ceiling. This will be my last time I order food from there.
Delightful visit and sandwich. The server went on to take care of other things and the sandwich was not very delicious. #2 Mike?s way. Value level was low. Frankly, the meat used had a prepacked grocery store taste and not deli taste. There are local shops doing much better sandwiches.
Listen... 10 on the board!! Order by Doordash and it took less than 30 minutes to get our order. Idk, who in this kitchen, but our food was amazing! Kudos to your business and your employees!! When back in the area, we will definitely be back!!
The sandwiches are delicious! However on my last order online, they messed up on my payment transaction resulting in me getting charged twice and although they refunded me back for one sandwich I felt there customer service could have been way better! They never even apologized. When I told them I was here to pick up my money they just handed me the money without even saying ? sorry for the inconvenience ? about 10 workers in the store all standing there and not one person even bothered to say sorry about it. ?
Went to pick up my order June 22 between 6-8 pm. Different staff I guess because usually things go pretty well although I?ve had concerns about cross contamination. Well today takes the cake. So much that I had to call the board of health and report what I saw there. Being a health care provider I am very observant and sensitive to the cleanliness and overall protection of the consumer. A young female was making the sandwiches. She had gloves on.she was putting all the toppings on the hoagie, lettuce, tomatoes, onions etc. she then wrapped the hoagie in paper wrap. The guy she was waiting on said he had a coupon on his phone. He took out the phone and handed it to this young thin dark haired female employee. She took the phone with her gloved hands and punched in the number or whatever was on the phone into the computer system. Handed back the phone to the customer and went back to making the hoagies with all the toppings and never changed her gloves. I call her over and said what I saw. She took the gloves off and then another worker came over and they were talking together. I couldn?t hear what they said. After a few minutes the other worker who came over picked up the sandwich and put it on the other side of the meat cutter. Then the young girl started to add the toppings to the other hoagies. Then another worker handed her the original, severely Contaminated hoagie and she then proceeded to put the toppings on it and she knew it was the contaminated one. I started to say I saw what they did and they ignored me. I walked out went home and called the board of health. Now what if a older possibly health compromises person got that hoagie with all the germs and bacteria that was on the phone and now on their hoagie. Disgusting and extremely insensitive to others. They should all be fired and owners fined! Disgraceful!
