Bidra med feedbackI thought these hoagies were better than average for a chain restaurant, but I still think there are specialty shops that offer even better sandwiches.
On February 16, 2021, I ordered a tuna sandwich and asked the cashier, Cali, if I could have the toppings on the side since they don’t mix the tuna with mayo. I wanted to combine everything myself at home. She initially said no, but I explained that since I was paying for the sandwich, I should be allowed to have it the way I preferred, which was simply having the toppings on the side. After some back and forth, she conceded and asked someone in the back to prepare it according to my request. I still think it's unreasonable that they don’t allow this option. I really can’t just eat plain tuna, and I’m considering driving to Langhorne for better service. I wanted to enjoy my sandwich the way I like it—mixed by me, once I got home.
This is a reliable chain sandwich shop that also provides catering services. I especially love their Diablo line of hoagies. They achieve an ideal balance with just the right level of spice—not overly hot. Though I'm usually not fond of seeded hoagie rolls, I find theirs to be quite delicious.
The food was quite good, but the portion sizes didn’t feel quite worth the price. However, the cookie was absolutely delicious!
I ordered a 22" red turkey hoagie for $29 based on a recommendation from a young female employee. However, when I received the sandwich, I was disappointed to find it didn't include any of the basics—like salad, tomatoes, or onions—which are typically standard. When I expressed my concerns, the young woman responded rudely, pointing out that the sign indicated that those ingredients weren’t included on all sandwiches. Our conversation escalated, and after I returned to the restaurant to address the issue further, a young male employee informed me that she couldn’t provide any solution. I wasn’t asking for a new sandwich, just for the missing ingredients to be added. Eventually, a more mature female employee stepped in, apologized, and offered some resolutions. Just be cautious!
