Bidra med feedbackToday is national hoagie day. Love their hoagies. Always fresh and made to order.
I stood there with a few friends for a good 10 minutes before the order, while the staff around joking and chatting with each other. Then 20 minutes waited for our sandwiches to be made while the 3 employees talked to each other. We were the only ones. We even saw a customer in and out after he had waited 10 minutes because no one was in the register to take his order. A woman waited to pick up her order for a party and was always annoyed waiting for the register sigh every few minutes to get her attention. The employees were nice, but they were not aware at all. The tables were all dirty when we tried to sit down and wait for our order. We even called into the store to complain, but there was no manager contact, just a senior staff. They had an excuse that they were waiting for the meat cutter and they were understated. This does not explain why there were three sets of customers waiting in the register. We never come back to this place.
Fast and helpful service! The second time there and we'll be back. Delicious hay!
I was never here and didn't have to wait. Today I went in and waited when the girl that took my order and the girl that made my hayworks was plagued and cleaned? the counter and other metal parts. The girl that made the Huagies looked at me several times and knew I was waiting and chatting with the other girl while the metal bars were cleaned. About 10-15 minutes later, she finally decided to make my Huagies. I'll get NIE back. Jersey Mike?s has better customer service and better subs? I think I'm staying with you.
I ordered a 22? (red turkey) $29 Hoagie selection with the suggestion of a young female employee. When I discovered it had any of the basics? Industrial standard?, salad, tomatoes or onion, I was disappointed. When I expressed this, a young female answered, rudely, that I have the sign red that these ingredients were not on all sandwiches. The discussion rose. After arriving at the place with the sandwich to discuss correction, a young male employee said that she could not offer any remedy. I DO NOT ASK for a NEW SANDWICH (only completion). Finally, a mature female employee came to discuss the problem. She apologised and delivered remedies. Be careful!
