Old Barracks Museum - Trenton

The knowledge of the tour leads incredible. An amazing journey into the past that explores the prerevolutionary time. Demonstrations and very well informed leaders. A wonderful experience. Very recommended.

Nice spot. We went on about 3 hours tour, tickets purchased on hand and masks required. It was hot and only some of the rooms with displays had air conditioning, so it was a little rough, but the reenactors/tradesmen were really good nature about it and tried to keep us in the shade. Pretty pleasant time overall.

The staff was helpful and informative and answered all our questions. We were very impressed by the historical accuracy of everything, including the manufacture of clothing and shoes on site. Don't miss the Musket demonstration! (It's about much more than just the muskets.

When we left, it was cold outside. Only my daughter and I showed up. The staff stiffened the whole tour and reenactments. The poor wood worker built a chair at 30 degrees weather! He also made all the costumes because his tailor business was closed for Kovid. If I had money, I would seriously donate them. It was amazing.

This museum was amazing!!! The staff went to great lengths to answer all of our questions, and seemed genuinely glad to have us visiting!!! I will definitely be back!
