I hate to be a KAREN but I had a late night craving for some Oreo McFlurry went through drive through obviously and the night crew employee making it wasn?t wearing gloves while handling my order and he manually stir in the Oreos in with the plastic spoon Doesn?t matter if it?s 9:30 at night or 9:30 in the morning you work around food and should be using gloves especially during this national pandemic I asked the manager why he wasn?t wearing gloves and if she can remake them as she wearing gloves and she said well he?s not wearing them because ... and couldn?t really give me an answer and just remade them without question. Recently remodeled with new interior, new restroom color scheme, complete with custom kiosk ordering and a new front counter look and comfortable seating including outlets. Drive thru quality has gone up because of a third window addition and new speaker system. Just re-opened on 2/21/2020

After waiting in line for 30 minutes for food for 3 kids while we are on the run.. 28.00 later... 2 out of the 3 meals ordered were wrong. I might as well have thrown the money out my window since I now have to feed the kids again. It happens all the time and I just let it go but seriously... get it right. It just sucks.

They're so nice : they also have the option of ordering chick-fil-A style where they take your order outside and bring it to you when it's ready. Food was perfect, crispy nuggets and fries

After waiting 15 minutes for a simple order of fries. I walked out , tired of waiting on incredibly poor service. If you want $15/hr then actually earn it. I have had bad run ins with this location and willl never go there again.
