The worst place I've ever been to, where the staff are rude and unkind.

The card reader makes you pick a tip amount. There is no option to pick non. I 'm disputing charges and contacting corporate. Be on the lookout for forced tip when paying with card.

The restaurant does not participate in a rewards program and charges for a cup of water. Food rating: 3 out of 5.

They can't ever get a drink order made correctly and the doughnuts are always very dry. Ive tried over 10 times because its close and kids wanted a snack, hoping different time of day or staff would change outcome. It was always bad and staff was rude. They don't care if drinks taste good or made right, etc.

I had a disappointing experience at this restaurant. The staff member, Maria, was either rude or dismissive towards me, which I found quite upsetting. She placed my bag on the pick-up counter, made eye contact with me, shouted out my order, and then walked away without any regard for basic courtesy. It felt disrespectful and reflected poorly on the customer service. Overall, I was not impressed with how I was treated.
