Arctic Circle - Tremonton

Got my order wrong in multiple ways. I asked for a double cheeseburger with only white sauce and got a single patty bacon cheeseburger with everything on it. Aside from the burger, I ordered cheese curds, and they were given to me barely luke warm, and were cold once I got home, and I don't even live far. the lady taking my order didn't sound very hospitable and sounded mad at me for no reason. Got a. Hulkleberry Milkshake for my mother who I had just taken home from the ER as part of a combo. I ate the cheeseburger, it was lukewarm. Worse part was there was some PLASTIC CHUNKS in the milkshake I got for my mom. I tried to call and report it. Busy signal, then no one answered. Awful experience. Food: 1 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 4

If this is Arctic Circle Bountiful it's probably my favorite now. I ate there 3 times this past week and they were consistently friendly and food esp my strawberry shake with peanut butter chunks in the side just as i like it. It feels more welcoming and that those working there truly want to be there (though they appeared tired from the one late night and many customers). My second favorite would be the Syracuse location.
