Bidra med feedbackAngelic eggplant parmigiana in cloud like layers that was lasagna like without the heaviness. Chicken salad starter was delicate and light and reminded you why all Chefs say Chicken would be their last meal. Gnocchi with clams were the best i 've ever had. mussels with pasta (a la dente) infused with seafood, garlic, butter were sublime Shrimp risotto left us all speechless And the 3 meat ravioli acted as a foundation to our 4 way sharing approach to help us all taste everything that was literally best of Danny Meyer says don 't skip dessert so we finished with panacota which was cloud like. Had two bottles of their Barbaresco Garrasino (2017) grown kilometer zero in the vineyards around the restaurant. All set in an outdoor patio overlooking the hills of Alba. Couldn 't dream of a better setting. A Michelin level experience without the pretension.
Beautiful place, and excellent hospitality and flavors. As always.
Food quality and impeccable menu. Weak point: inexperienced and superficial service. Having opted for the chef's fancy tasting menu, the staff did not seem to have well understood that I was therefore not aware of the courses, which once intended to be mine, were delivered without a description, almost necessary for this model of menu. Interminable expectations between one flow and the other. In all 7 you bring her a change of pose.
The setting is beautiful. The staff were really friendly. The food was well presented and tasty with the desserts a stand out.
Surprising experience, a sublime meal, impeccable welcome.
